After a chilly weekend, we're looking forward to a week filled with beautifully mild days! We're going to enjoy them by grilling, visiting the park and going for some long walks! Winter is coming and this kind of weather won't be here very much longer. Funny how you appreciate things more when you know they won't be here forever.
Today, I'm sharing a card I made with Thanksgiving in mind. All too often, things move from Halloween to Christmas without much thought going into this holiday other than the delicious meal that is devoured in a couple hours and the Black Friday deals the following day. This year we won't be spending Thanksgiving with my parents or siblings as we usually do, so I want to send some warm gratitude their way. I used a clear stamp set from Prickley Pear to make a simple card and played along with the current sketch challenge over at Card Patterns.
